Shein (and similar ultra-fast fashion apps) can be cheap even after a failed size. They can also make you mail a $8 shirt at $7 postage. That is not a return. That is a wash.
Before you order
Read the size chart in centimeters, not S/M/L. Check the return window and whether the label is prepaid. Assume photos are optimistic.
If you still buy
Order one piece to test a brand’s sizing before a 12-item cart. Try on immediately. Start the return in-app the same day you decide—queues get slower around holidays.
